Art making is  life enhancing, known to increase serotonin levels in the brain, and activate the relaxation response. The process of art making can alleviate the bodies physiological response to stress, anxiety, and mood altering. It offers enrichment for your daily life and creates personal meaning to enhance the life God designed for you. Art can be a creative way to worship and meditate.
